We need our construction projects to be executed and delivered free of risks and hazards. To attain this, projects must have clear processes for the strict identification, management, and mitigation of risks. This webinar will discuss how to stay in control using SYNCHRO model-based methods and workflows, enabling greater power of visualization and integrated data.

In this webinar, you will learn:

  • SYNCHRO 4D Pro and Control capabilities in the context of visual risk management
  • ‘Time Risk Allowance’ and buffering risks in the schedule
  • Practical use of PAS 1192-6 standard principles
  • Integrating virtual risk register with 4D simulation
  • Digital RAMS and site diaries

Risks exist in every dimension of business, but project management efforts are particularly sensitive to identifying and minimizing risk potential so that projects are not jeopardized.

Stay in control, stay safe. We'll show you how.
