Matt Starke

Matt Starke began his career working with Kiewit in the San Francisco Bay Area. He worked at Kiewit for three years in estimating performing QTO's, handling sub-contractors, and administering the Sage Timberline database. Moving forward Matt became the database admin for WinEst at Innovative Technical Solutions Inc (ITSI) which was later bought out by Gilbane Building Company. ITSI was a military contractor, and Matt helped on projects performing work in various places such as the United States, Afghanistan, Iraq, Japan, Korea, and Diego Garcia. After the Gilbane acquisition, Matt moved from Estimating to Fuels Engineering handling logistics and procurement to and from various job sites across the globe. Matt later went to work for EADOC which was acquired by Bentley Systems in 2015. Matt managed Bentley's product ProjectWise Construction Management (EADOC) and now SYNCHRO Construction. Matt's focus is to provide understandable, easy-to-use software that users want to adopt across the construction life cycle.

Ryan Posnikoff is a subject matter expert in the improvement of construction project performance by leveraging technology to enable people and processes for project team success. Ryan is fascinated by the possibilities afforded by bringing disparate technologies together to supply valuable data, metrics, and tracking for project execution teams—right through to completion. He is also inspired by the benefits of creating a digital twin through a stringent set of processes, procedures, and team alignment, recognizing the importance of the people element in all projects. Prior to his time with Bentley, Ryan held positions in consulting, WorkFace Planning, bid coordination, and construction coordination. Naturally drawn to leadership, Ryan regularly leverages his public speaking skills to guest lecture at universities and to present at numerous conferences and forums.
