Carlos Rincon is a Product Sales Engineer at Virtuosity. He is a structural civil engineer with a civil engineering degree from Venezuela, specializing in earthquake resistance, with 19 years of experience in the Oil & Gas and building industry sectors.

His mission is to provide technological solutions for structural analysis focused on building and industrial fields (onshore and offshore) presenting the most appropriate workflows for each application and each user. Prior to Bentley/Virtuosity, he worked as a design engineer in important companies in South America and the Caribbean (Colombia, Curaçao, Panama, Trinidad, Venezuela, Peru), as well as in the engineering training area (English/Spanish) as a speaker in Structural Solutions, Piping, and Offshore for 12 years.

Wendy Ragbirsingh is part of our Channel Partner BENCA Solutions Limited in Trinidad Tobago. BENCA Solutions Limited is a Bentley Solutions representative in the Caribbean.

Wendy has 20 years of experience in the Telecommunications and Energy sector, both in the design phase as well as the implementation of fiber optic networks, pipe design, supervision, and coordination of projects. Her work as a technical and commercial representative covers products from the Piping, Structures, CAD, BIM, and Water series, among other important disciplines in the sector. She is a perfect fit for the multidisciplinary vision of Bentley Systems.
