Monika Filusch is the CEO of Frescon, a multinational BIM Consultancy based in Poland. Monika has been in construction for over 20 years. She started her professional career in construction as a plasterer and stucco apprentice, followed by completing her Bachelor Hons degree in European Civils Engineering Management in on the Oldenburg University in Germany. Monika worked on a variety of projects including residential, hospitality, industrial and pharmaceutical as a project manager in Ireland.
She joined Frescon in 2008 and developed the company to be known for its high quality BIM consultancy services.
