Florian Waubke
CEO/Co-Founder FairFleet
After completing his MBA in Business Administration Florian worked at IBM Strategy Consulting in the Strategy & Change practice for six years. In 2006, he co-founded Invent Group which he sold 3 years later to establish a new innovation company, Pepperfish. As Managing Partner, he consulted well known blue-chip companies on innovation and digitalization and built up a pioneering e-commerce pet food company. Florian has worked for Allianz X since 2014 driving the digital transformation of Allianz SE as well as serving as CEO for two of its portfolio companies, one of which he took over.
Marco Kreuzer
COO/Co-Founder FairFleet
Before joining FairFleet, Marco already collected aerial footage for various clients like Allianz, National Geographic, and Chorus Clean Energy. Now, at FairFleet, he is responsible for conducting FairFleet's operational flights in over 72 countries, as well as IT, and notably improving automation and bringing new customer features to the platform.

Kevin holds a MSc in GIS and Remote Sensing and has over 8 years’ experience within the Mapping and Surveying industries.
