Integration and innovation make the difference. This is the motto of Massimo Verme's nautical design work, which began in the mid-1990s. Verme and his studio have won awards such as Boat of the Year in 2006, awards for innovation at the Cannes Yachting Festival, and in 2019 the award for Best Motor Yacht in the 24-40 meter category. Massimo Verme has adopted a multidisciplinary approach to his work. Today he leads an ever-growing company: Verme Projects and GerrisBoats.

She joined Pad Project in 2016 and has contributed significantly to the company’s growth, including helping all corporate functions, building the team from 5 to 30 employees, and improving project workflows and processes. As General Manager she continues to steer business growth.

Massimo has been a key player in the corporate digital innovation scene, supporting Bentley Systems since 1989. In 1997, together with his sister Roberta, he founded PLANSTUDIO, a consultancy in the area of mechanics and furniture for manufacturing companies. Their experience was the basis for the creation of Progenio MAXX, a CAD/CAM/PDM software integrated with MicroStation, designed specifically for companies operating in the nautical, naval, contract and residential sectors.

Kasia is an architect with international experience in design. She is a Building Application Specialist at Bentley Systems focused on the robust features and functions of OpenBuildings Designer, Bentley’s BIM application software. She shares her knowledge with global Bentley solution customers by providing them technical support in English, Italian, and Polish. Kasia graduated in Architecture and Urban Planning at the Cracow University of Technology.

Bartłomiej is a Civil Engineer and a Master in Business. As one of Bentley’s Product Engineers, he helps customers throughout Europe and Africa to improve their design, engineering, collaboration processes, and workflows through innovative technology implementation.
