Part 1 | EMME AGENT: Upgrading your travel demand model has never been easier

The top three challenges expressed in maintaining and advancing travel demand models include the length of time required to develop a model, difficulty in calibrating against available data, and lack of sufficient staff skills.

Learn how AGENT can help address all three challenges to make travel demand model development and calibration more intuitive, transparent, and efficient whether you are working with trip-based, tour-based, activity-based (ABM), or hybrid travel demand models.

Register now and you'll automatically be added to all three webinars!

What you will learn:

  • How agencies can leverage available mobility data sources using new automated model calibrations to deliver more meaningful and timely models in support of planning decisions
  • How to fuse mobility data from various data sources to automate model calibration
  • How AGENT makes travel model development easier and more transparent

Part 2 | EMME Flow: Code-free Transport Model Workflows

Assembling and applying transport models often requires specialized programming experience which can make it challenging for team members to work effectively with model workflows.

EMME now includes Flow, a code-free automation system for easily assembling and applying transport model applications. Using Flow, anyone on the team can easily configure and run model workflows while allowing deep procedure customization for developers, all without having to read or write a line of code. Whether you prefer code-friendly or code-free workflows, there has never been a better time to work with EMME.

What you will learn:

  • What is EMME Flow
  • What problems does EMME Flow solve
  • Application examples
  • What users are saying about EMME Flow

Part 3 | EMME Scenes: Visualize Your Travel Models

EMME Scenes is an interactive and animated 3D mapping environment designed to help travel modeling teams better communicate a project's value and secure stakeholder support.

Seeing travel models in various ways can yield additional insights and help foster a better understanding of planning scenarios. Increasingly disaggregate models, including activity-based travel models (ABM), require new visualization techniques like simulation playback to understand mobility over time and support essential QA and model validation to ensure model quality.

What you will learn:

  • How to use the Network scene to animate traffic through several time periods
  • How to view population movements and tour tracing to support ABM in the Activities scene
  • How to view simulation playback using a Schedule Based Transit Assignment scene
  • How to use expressions to configure data-driven visualizations
  • How to work with keyframes and record production-ready videos
